Cancellation policy

Please note that all tours are subject to weather and ice conditions. Tours and park transfers must be booked at least 30 days in advance with a 50% deposit. Balances must be paid in full prior to departure. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for trips cancelled 20 days or less prior to departure, and a $100 administration fee will be charged. LEELIE Enterprises is not responsible for extra charges due to flight changes, hospitalization due to illness, evacuations or search and rescue costs. Please advise at time of booking as to allergies and/or medical conditions. Vegetarian meals are available upon request. All clients must sign a waiver prior to delivery of services. When traveling on LEELIE Enterprises vessels, all passengers must wear a floater suit prior to going on board. Floater suits in various sizes are provided and available on site. LEELIE Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to change trips in part or in full due to weather and ice conditions and/or bear warnings. Flight and travel insurance is recommended.
